The second day of Doha WC was hot. How hot? When one left the confines of the air conditioned Uber, to walk the mile to get into the Khalifa Stadium. The first night was horrific as my heart meds took the exact moment to give me a bit of dizziness.

Getting into the stadium, the exactness of the air conditioning was disconcerting. The power of the A/C was overwhelming, as we took water, as often as possible. Adam, my son, and I went to our seats, as David Hunter, a RunBlogRun senior editor, kept us up to date.
