Birmingham has the best curry in country, and I always meet new friends. Ian Stewart, then Meet Director of said event, brought me there in 2005 and I was hooked. Spencer Barden, now elite Meet director, keeps the excitement alive and growing. Orchestrating fine fields, capturing the attention of the fans, and keeping BBC happy, are all done.
