Karston Warholm is always a fun interview. His sense of humor, his love of his event and his competitiveness always translates. The speed of his 400m, and the improved technique makes Karrston capable of sub 47 seconds prior to Doha! Now, with 3 with some serious legspeed over the 400m hurdles for this September’s World Championships.
