MONACO (MON, Jul 11): On the eve of the main Herculis programme, Yulimar Rojas produced at Port Hercule the second best triple result of the year of 14.98m as Caterine Ibarguen’s unbeaten run stretching back to 2017 was ended. The Olympic champion was just sixth with 14.33m as she placed outside the top three in a triple jump for the first time since 2009. All 11 women were over 14m and the winner also leaped 14.96m. Second Cuban Liadagmis Povea 14.71 and third Shamieka Ricketts 14.67.
