KINGSTON (JAM, Jun 23): Elaine Thompson confirmed huge shape during last day of Jamaican Championships with World leading 22.00 (-0.2) in the 200 m beating Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce 22.22. Second best of the year in the 400 m by Shericka Jackson 49.78 over Anastasia Le Roy 50.94 followed by Stephanie-Ann McPherson 51.01. Yohan Blake could not get a double with 20.27 (+0.5) in the 200 m when he was beaten by Rasheed Dwyer 20.23. Demish Gaye clocked 44.83 in the 400 m over newcomer Terry Thomas 45.47. Great level in men´s hurdles as Ronald Levy won in 13.23 beating Orlando Bennett 13.27 PB with Andrew Riley 13.33 and Hansle Parchment 13.38. Shanieka Ricketts got triple 14.73 (0.0) over Kimberly WIlliams 14.39 (+1.6), O´Dayne Richards shot put 19.93 and in the U20 400 m Antony Cox 45.79. Janeek Brown was fastest in the 100 m hurdles semifinals 12.68 (+0.5), finals were annulled.
