Coleman in the 100 m
STANFORD (USA): Christian Coleman and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce head strong fields for the 100m at the IAAF Diamond League in Stanford this Sunday. World No.1 Coleman is up against Cravon Gillespie, who went sub-10/20 at the NCAA Championships, European champion Zharnel Hughes, world champion Justin Gatlin, Mike Rodgers, Cameron Burrell and Filippo Tortu. Twice Olympic champion Fraser-Pryce, who returned to top form with 10.73 at the Jamaican Championships, will have a tough task against Sha’Carri Richardson, who makes her DL debut after setting a world U20 record of 10.75 at the NCAAs. Eight women in the field have run below 11 seconds.
