I met with an enthused and focused shot putter, Ryan Crouser, at the Pre Classic.
Already, Crouser has thrown a 22.74m PB and several other 22 meter plus throws this season. A tear in a pectoral muscle meant a month break, and now, he is ready. Crouser is juggling competition blocks with hard training blocks as he prepares for the long season of 2019 and short season of 2020.
