Ajee’ Wilson is one of our most important American middle distance runners. She has fought the 800m global wars. She is a fierce competitor, who takes the lead and is not afraid of a good fight. Thoughtful, and someone who carefully chooses her words, Ajee’ Wilson has told @runblogrun of how much she has enjoyed conversations with Caster Semenya, the athlete embroiled in a global court battle with the IAAF.

Ajee’ Wilson is relaxed and light with media. She understands that is part of her life as a global athletic star, being sponsored by adidas. I told Ajee’ that this one would be fun, and promised 8 questions that she had not had before. I think we did just that. Ajee’ Wilson will be racing the 600 meters on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at the adidas Boost Boston Games on Boylston street.
So, enjoy our six minutes with Ajee’ Wilson, who we gave 8 questions that were had not prepared prior to the event. This was in honor of Australian writer Brian Lenton, who would never prepare questrions, but did show up with a six pack of an adult beverage. We did not any beverages, but there was humorous moments. We hope that you enjoy this interview with Ajee’ Wilson.
