Rudisha back to training
ELDORET (KEN): David Rudisha has resumed training ahead of the 2019 season, informs the Citizen Digital. “I have slowly resumed training after the injury I suffered last year and thereafter early this year. I have completely recovered and I am looking forward to next year. Right now my focus is on the World Championships which I intend to use in readiness for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics,” he said. Rudisha hasn’t raced since 4 July 2017 when he won in Szekesfehervar in Hungary in 1:44.90.
