MONACO (MON): The IAAF has ratified both world senior records set on September 16 – Eliud Kipchoge’s 2:01:39 marathon and Kevin Mayer’s 9126 in the decathlon. Junior records ratified: men’s 5000m 12:43.02 Selemon Barega (August), men’s 110m hurdles 12.99 Damion Thomas (June), women’s 4x100m: 43.27 Germany. World indoor records ratified: Men’s 4x800m: 7:11.30 USA (February), Women’s 4x800m: 8:05.89 USA (February).
