TORONTO (CAN): Canada’s Olympic 10,000m finalist Cam Levins admitted he is delighted to be making his marathon debut in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday after he believed his career could be over following injury in 2015-16. Levins, who had ankle surgery in July 2016, told CBC: “It’s been a long road back from that and I’m so thankful that I’ve been able to run at all. I want to thank my wife [Elizabeth] and my family that has supported me through a tough couple of years when I wasn’t certain I wanted to even continue doing this. I had very serious doubts.”
