As I opened my email this morning, August 20, 2018, I found an email from our friend in Catalonia, Carles Baronet. He had provided Report 28, a massive report on the fifty-one members of the European Athletics Association. As Carles reminded me, “there were meets across Europe the week after the Championships” (as well as during the Championships). This is the height of the summer season as many small meets and the upcoming Diamond League finals.
Enjoy!
