Well, Mr. Lysenko had some bad karma on his dharma. Apparently, AIU, the Athletes Integrity Unit, was not able to find Mr. Lysenko at his appointed time, per the schedule he provided. So, the highest jumping European is out of Berlin.

The Russian Athletics Federation has been notified today that the IAAF Doping Review Board has decided to revoke the Authorised Neutral Athlete (ANA) status granted to high jumper, Danil Lysenko.
The decision, following information provided by AIU and following the AIU decision to charge and provisionally suspend the athlete, has been made as a result of Mr Lysenko’s failure to provide whereabouts information as required under the IAAF Anti-Doping Rules and Regulations and to make himself available for out-of-competition testing by the AIU.
Mr Lysenko is accordingly not eligible to compete at the 2018 European Athletics Championships to be held in Berlin next week (7-12 August 2018).
