Tamberi, Tentoglou in Rovereto

ROVERETO (ITA): Three sub-10 performers will compete in the 100m at the Palio Citta della Quercia (EA Premium) in Rovereto on Thursday: Arthur Cisse (9.94), Tyquendo Tracey (9.96) and Jak Ali Harvey (9.99). They will face in-form 200m runner Alonso Edward (10.01) and European U23 champion Ojie Edoburun (10.04). Another highlight is the men’s high jump featuring former world indoor and European champion Gianmarco Tamberi up against European bronze medallist Ilya Ivanyuk. European U20 champion Miltiadis Tentoglou faces Marquis Dendy in the long jump and European champion Christin Hussong from Germany competes in the javelin. Elsewhere on the track, Jamaica’s Janieve Russell faces European silver medallist Hanna Ryzhykova in the 400m hurdles, European champion Pascal Martinot-Lagarde faces Jamaica’s Ronald Levy in the 110m hurdles and two-time European champion Nataliya Pryshchepa from Ukraine faces France’s Renelle Lamote and world U20 champion Diribe Welteji from Ethiopia in the 800m.
