Swedish records Bengtsson 473, Kramer 1:45.03
KARLSTAD (SWE, July 25): At the Folksam Grand Prix (EA Classic) two Swedish records. Angelica Bengtsson cleared 473 in second attempt of the pole vault and tried at 483. Andreas Kramer clocked another national mark in the 800 m with 1:45.03 ahead of Kenyan Cornelius Tuwei 1:45.47. Daniel Stahl won the discus with 69.11m, moving to third on the world list, second Jamaican Chad Wright 64.15. Armand Duplantis won the pole vault with a third-time clearance at 5.80m ahead of Georgiy Gorokhov 560 and Norway´s sondre Guttomsen national U20 record 560. Ce’aira Brown set a PB of 1:58.01 to win the 800m, with Laura Roesler second in 2:00.63. Heptathlete Erica Bougard won the 100m hurdles in 12.80, ahead of Annimari Korte (13.29). The 400m equivalent was won in 55.71 by Eilidh Doyle. Cheng Chao-Tsun from Taipei won the javelin with 83.67m. Sofie Skoog won the high jump with 1.90m. Brittany Crew put the shot out to 18.20m to take victory by 2cm from Fanny Roos. Japanese Aska Cambridge won the 100 m in 10.15 (+2.1) and Mutaz Essa Barshim brother Hamdi Alamine cleared 227 personal best in high jump.
