BERLIN (GER): Germany has named a team of 128 athletes for the European Championships in Berlin including reigning champions Cindy Roleder (100m hurdles), Gesa Felicitas Krause (3000m steeplechase), Christina Schwanitz (shot put), Max Hess (triple jump) and David Storl (shot put). There will also be high hopes in the javelin with Thomas Rohler, Johannes Vetter and Andreas Hofmann all named while Robert and Christoph Harting both compete in the discus with Daniel Jasinski. World medallists Pamela Dutkiewicz (100m hurdles), Carolin Schafer (heptathlon) and Kai Kazmirek (decathlon) have also been named on the team along with former world champions Raphael Holzdeppe (pole vault) and Katharina Molitor (javelin). It is biggest team ever at European Championships.
