2018 Monaco Herculis Diary: Filippo Tortu to debut over 200m in 2018 in Monaco

MONACO (MON): European U20 100m champion Filippo Tortu will race over 200m in the Monaco Diamond League on 20 July. Tortu is yet to race over 200m this year but he did clock 20.34 in 2017 and reached the semifinal at the World Championships. He will go against Noah Lyles, Ramil Guliyev and Christophe Lemaitre. In women 100 m Marie-Jose Talou runs against Dafne Schippers, Muriel Ahoure and fresh US champion Aleia Hobbs. In the hurdles Omar McLeod with Sergey Shubenkov and Aries Merritt with Devon Allen. Women steeple has Hyvin Kyieng, Beatrice Chepkoech and Emma Coburn for a fast race.
