The season is done for most high schoolers for 2018. The final meets of the year are post season. If you have finished your season, take two weeks off. Have some fun. We will begin cross country training suggestions, June 1-June 30, which will be pretty light.
You are in great shape, running an all comers meet now, or a short road race could also be some fun. If you want to run, my suggestions are to just run Monday, Wedneday and Friday, and perhaps a Sunday run.
