GOLD COAST (AUS): World indoor and outdoor champion Tom Walsh has said he is in the shape of his life ahead of the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, informs the NZ Herald. “Health-wise and physical-wise there’s nothing wrong with me. I know they’re clichés, but I’m bigger, faster and stronger. My mental space is A-okay,” he said.
