Warholm 45.59 EL
BAERUM (NOR, Feb 3): World 400 m hurdles champion Karsten Warholm showed superb shape during first day of Norwegian indoor championships. From outside lane he clocked new national record, European lead and second best in the World 2018 45.59 (he also ran a heat 50.02 to win). Jonathan Quarcoo topped the 60 m in 6.70 after 6.68 in heats. Super talent Jakob Ingebrigtsen improved his indoor 1500 m best to 3:42.75, also European U20 indoor record. Helene Ronningen won women 60 m in 7.37 and clocked 23.62 in 200 m heats. Eirik Dolve cleared 550 in pole vault ahead of another special talent Pal-Haugen Lillefosse (16) 540.
