RUD (NOR, Feb 4): Second day of Norwegian Championships saw Jakob Ingebrigtsen clocking after 1500 m on Saturday another European U20 record, in the 3000 m with 7:56.74. Helen Ronningen won the women 200 m in 23.41 national record.
