Mutaz Essa Barshim cleared 2.40 meters twice this year. For me though, his battle with Bohdan Bondarenko at the adidas GP NYC, where both cleared 2.42 meters, and then, both battled over five attempts at 2.46 meters.

Mutaz is an entertainer. He loves to jump, he loves to jump high and he loves the crowd’s support.

This is a interesting response about where the sport is going after Mr. Bolt. It is good to see.

Will Mutaz break the world record? I think he could be the man. Let’s see.
