Marcel Hug and Tatyana McFadden are two of the finest wheelchair athletes in the world. Wheelchair marathoning is fast, difficult and have finishes that are decided by hundredths of seconds.

In this race, Marcel Hug was able to break away, winning by over one minute. Not so for Tatyana McFadden, who provided a big sprint to take the finish at the very end of the race, giving Tatyana her 8th title in Chicago.
Last February, Tatyana developed a clot in her leg that nearly killed her. Building back her shape, Tatyana built her strength back and is racing well on the circuit once again.
A good look into the world of wheelchair racing, which one pundit described as akin to chariot racing, due to its physical nature and close finishes!
