Carey Pinkowski is the executive director of the Bank of America Chicago marathon. On Saturday, October 7, as on other Saturdays before the marathon, Carey will give the media one last shot to grab him before the race. His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. He currently manages the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun.
