In it’s 76th year, in the historic Berlin Olympic stadium, the ISTAF Berlin meet was one of the finest meets in the world in 2017.

I loved the Berlin Stadium when I visited in 2009, and I have ISTAF indoor and outdoor on my bucket list.

Larry Eder has had a 52-year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, journalist and blogger. His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983.
