At the British Athletics pressers today for the London DL, there were two rather modest looking press conferences, which, quite frankly, were well recieved and worth attending for media.

Kerron Clement, the 2016 Olympic champion at the 400 meter hurdles (one of his three Olympic medals: gold in 2008 at 4x400m relay and silver in 400m hurdles in 2008), as well as a 4 time World Champion is only 31 years old, considering his time on the elite circuit. One of the most talented athletes in any event in our sport, Kerron combines the speed of the 400 meter runner and the endurance of the 400 meter hurdles. His most potent skill is turning the field into mush over the last hundred meters of the 400m hurdles, when his fitness level is right on.
Keni Harrison, 2017 USATF champs, photo by PhotoRun.net
Keni Harrison is the world record holder in the 100 meter hurdles at 12.20, after her disappointment in not making the U.S. Olympic team. Keni had a setback in Doha, where she broke her hand in warm up and still won the race. After six weeks recovery, Keni came back, ran 12.28, won the US champs, and with her wild card from DL last year, is on the way to London 2017.
Here is the presser featuring Kerron Clement and Keni Harrison. It was light, but also gave each a chance to speak about their specialties.
