Mutaz Essa Barshim won the Doha DL High Jump in 2017, with the world watching and in front of the home crowd. Mutaz battled Erik Kynard, Robbie Graberz for the win, clearing 2.36 meters, a world leader for the high jumper from Qatar. The crowd really got into the high jump last night, and especialy with the best in the world being one of their own.
