Allyson Felix knows a thing or two about the 200 meters. So, at the Nike Pre Classic, we asked Allyson to provide a tip on how to run the turn on the 200 meters. Remember, she has been running the 200 meter for over half of her life.

Allyson has competed in four Olympics, and six World Championships. While she is spending time with the 200 meters, her event now is the 400 meters. Allyson told us that she would like to compete through the 2020 Olympics.
