TEMPE (USA, Apr 8): Donavan Brazier won the 800 m at Sun Angel Classic in fast 1:44.63 ahead of Kenyan Edwin Kemboi 1:46.47. World record holder Aries Merritt posted 13.41 (0.0) in the hurdles. Quincy Hall 49.39 and Robert Grant 49.40 were the top 2 in 400 m hurdles. Jaylen Bacon won the 100 m in 10.17 (+0.7), in international race Briton C.J. Ujah 10.29 (-2.9) beating Ameer Webb 10.32. Ujah came back with fast 200 m 20.39 PB (+1.7) just edging Paul Dedewo 20.40. Grenada´s Olympic finalist Bralon Taplin won the 400 m in 45.08. Olympic winner Jeff Henderson won long jump with 786 but was not happy, Omar Craddock triple 16.75 and Mason Finley discus 62.76. Audie Wyatt (20) cleared pole vault PB 570 ahead of Hussain Al-Hizam of Saudi Arabia 560 national record. On the women side Phyllis Francis won the 400 m in 51.63, Shamier Little 56.83 in 400 m hurdles, Canadian Liz Gleadle 60.19 javelin. Shea Collinsworth won the 800 m in 2:01.51 PB beating Chanelle Price 2:02.24.
