John Trautmann was a 1992 Olympian over 5000 meters. John Trautmann lost 60 lbs over several years, and, listening to his college coach, Frank Gagliano, aka Gags, trained himself back into shape and set a world masters record for the indoor mile.
John Trautmann knows how to coach young distance runners because he was one. Listen to his comments. Coaching is both art and science.
