Interview w/ Pat O’Malley, Brand President of Saucony

Pat O’Malley is the President of Saucony. A long time shoe dog, Pat moved to the executive branch in the last year. He has brought in Tom Hartge, giving Saucony two of the finest shoe professionals in our sport. This is a very tough time to be in the running shoe business. After fifteen years of growth, running is in the third of what I believe will be five years of challenges in run specialty. I met with Pat at the NYC Marathon expo and asked him several questions about recent changes and challenges at Saucony. As Pat O’Malley knows, the buck has to stop with the President.
