Maurice Greene is the gold medalist at the 100 meters in Sydney 2000 and bronze medalist at the 100 meters in Athens 2004. He owns two ther Olympic medals and five World Championship medlals. His 60 meter indoor WR is secure, and so is his sense of humor. We caught up with Maurice at the adidas BOOST Boston Games, and asked Mo, from his experience, how young athletes should go pro? Should they do it before their senior years in high school, or wait for some college? Maurice had some thoughtful things to say. These days, Maurice is an ambassador for adidas, and has his own TV show on Eurosport. Maurice Greene, in my mind, is one of the finest sprinters, but also possesses a wealth of experience that could be of great help to young coaches and athletes. Listen to this one, and pass it around.
