NAIROBI (KEN, Apr 23): Final day of Kenya Police Championships had Vincent Yator winning the 10 000 m in 28:15.7 ahead of Joseph Kitum 28:17.5 and Augustine Choge 28:22.8. Three hours after that Yator won the 5000 m in 13:43.1 over Isiah Koech 13:44.7 and Remmy Limo 13:45.1. A double also for Janet Kisa who won the 5000 m in 16:28.8 and 1500 m in 4:11.3 ahead of Margaret Chelimo 4:11.8 and steeple specialist Virginia Nyambura 4:12.3. Olympic winner Asbel Kiprop dominated the 1500 m in 3:40.2 over Abednego Chesebe 3:40.6, Collins Cheboi 3:41.7 and Paul Kipsiele Koech 3:42.2. Top shape display by 1500 m specialist Elijah Manangoi who won the 800 m in 1:45.1 ahead of Jeremiah Mutai 1:45.8 and Job Kinyor 1:46.1. World champion Julius Yego achieved 78.29 to win the javelin.
