MONACO (MON): L´Équipe published in Wednesday edition an interview with IAAF President Lamine Diack about current situation in the athletics circles. President Diack admitted he was warned there might be an issue coming when asking about the recent revelations related to doping. He promised to give more answers at the end of the week. “The procedure of the Ethics Commission is secret, confidential. I do not have any informations. But IAAF officials cannot refuse to speak to the commission,” Diack explained and added: “Let me handle this case. Im not afraid to speak openly.”
