David Rudisha is the antithesis of calm. He should be the picture by the definition of the word “chill”.
The man who lead from the start in the London Olympics and ran 1:40.91 in the 800 meters. David has suffered injuries in 2013, and has been slowly building back.
He told RunBlogRun in Monaco that he would hope to break 1:43 this year, but not much else. Getting back into his London level of fitness will take more time, and David Rudisha realizes it.
“I will train well for next year, and I will be ready for Beijing.”
That is saying something.
