The men’s mile is always a highlight of the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix, to be held in Boston’s Reggie Lewis Center on February 2, 2013.
The 2012 mile race was very physical as Mo Farah went down and recovered, Galen Rupp and Mo going three and four. Right after the race, I watched Mo and Galen, under the watchful eye of Coach Alberto Salazar, run four miles in 4:50 pace, with some stride outs, as they prepared for 2012. They did pretty amazing in 2012.
What will the 2013 NB Indoor GP tell us? Be there! Get your tickets now! Runblogrun will be there, will you?
