The SPIRE Institute’s Michael Johnson Performance Center is part of the amazing assets that you will find in Geneva, Ohio at one of the greatest sports centers on the planet. In our interview with Michael last spring, MJ noted that high school athletes today specialize a bit too early, and the cross training benefit from playing football, basketball and track just is not seen anymore.
The Michael Johnson Performance Center’s Bryan McCall was just named to the advisory board of the Ohio State National Strength Training & Conditioning Association. Nice job, Bryan!
If you get a chance to see the SPIRE Institute, you have to do it, amazing facility!
