This is a fund raiser focused around the SunTrust/Richmond Marathon. I thought you should know about it…...
Hello!
I
was recently contacted by Lane Holby, one of three people responsible
for organizing a fundraiser called Every Yard For Yeardley. I’m sure
you remember the extremely sad murder of Yeardley Love, a UVA lacrosse
player, by her ex-boyfriend this past May. Holby is encouraging people
to run “Every Yard For Yeardley” in the November 13, SunTrust Richmond
Marathon, McDonald’s Half Marathon, or HCA Virginia 8k.
All
money raised from this fundraiser will be donated to the One Love
Foundation, which was created by Love’s family in the wake of her
death.
Please read over the information attached. It’s a great cause!
Thanks,
Jackie
