Walt Murphy provides you several ways to view the USA Junior & Senior Championships, which begin on Wednesday. RBR will be there and will provide a daily update on what is happening in our sport from Des Moines, Iowa.
Jennie Suhr, pictured above, opened her season at the adidas Grand Prix. Suhr, the 2008 Olympic silver medalist in the pole vault, will be competing against 2009 World Champ silver medalist Chelsea Johnson in the women’s pole vault.

The U.S. Championships begin on Wednesday in Des Moines, Iowa. with the
first day’s events in the Junior Decathlon and Heptathlon. Things pick
up on Thursday with a full day of Junior and Senior events and continue
through Sunday.
USATF has joined forces with RunnerSpace.com to provide live streaming
video of events that won’t be shown live on ESPN or NBC (see TV
schedule below). One of the highlight segments of the webcast will be
the senior men’s and women’s 10,000-meters on Thursday evening.
