Christian Cantwell has won World Indoor titles twice, and in 2009 won the big Kahuna, the World Outdoor Champs, in a titanic battle. His throw of 22.16m last year (72-8 1/2) is merely a hit of what this man can do. Ranked number one in the world in his event by the bible of our sport, Track & Field News, Cantwell is here in Albuquerque to throw. Watch the shot, worship the shot. What is more fun than watching Big guys throw sixteen pound metal balls over seventy feet? Come on!
