Our topics today:
1. The #RAKHalfMarathon was a blast. I spent nearly a week in Ras Al Khaimah from January 27 to February 2. The race was cool and windy, with great races in both elite men and elite women. 10,000 runners competed, up 80 percent from last year!

2. I flew all night, from #Dubai to #Newark, then, #Boston, for the #NewBalanceIndoorGrandPrix, held on February 2, 2025.
3. The #NBIGP was fantastic! The TRACK at New Balance hosted a tremendous 30th Boston Indoor Games! Great races from 60 meters to 3,000 meters. The meet ended with two Olympic 100m meter champions, Marcell Jacobs and Noah Lyles, and it lived up to expectations!

4. I wrote at the #LenoxHotel on Sunday night and Monday and headed home on Tuesday.
5. Out again Thursday for Interviews with #MIlloseGames athletes while they were working out. #JeffBenjamin covered the presser on Thursday, February 6, which we covered via social media. Fun interview with Aleia Hobbs:
6. The 117th Millrose Games, held at the NIKE armory, on a new track from MONDO, which replaced five layers of old track on the Millrose Games.
7. The 3000m World record by Grant Fisher and the One Mile WR by Yared Nuguse are tremendous stories. Amazed how little is out there on the amazing meet.
8. Meet director Ray Flynn noted to me, in a short interview that the 117th meet was the best! How does he make it bettter?
See you tomorrow at #CoffeewithLarry
