1. The Astana Indoor Meeting opens the World Indoor Tour in 2025. Astana will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, on January 25, 2025.

5. Josh Hoey and Bryce Hoppel will compete at the Millrose Games against each other. Hoey just set AR for 1000m and Hoppel, while racing indoors, will not defend his indoor title.
