After a long and exhausting day, how does your favorite blogger feel?
I recorded this during a long taxi ride from the National Convention Center in Beijing to my hotel, the lovely Holiday Inn Express Minzyuan. The colorful neighorhood around my hotel will be covered in the next few days, but suffice it to say, we are in a neighorhood with a men’s club, several dive restaurants, and several small food companies. My walks in evening are interspersed dodging some interesting negotiations on who is spending where for what over the next few hours.
After that, I say hello to two security officers who are normally, sitting on steps and watching local goings on.
If I was dozing or sounded like that in this audio, my apologies. The aftermath of a long day and some strong sleep deprivation over the past few days. After a four hour nap and a nice seven hours on Thursday night, I am a live and awake on Friday.
