1. USATF indoors was not televised on Friday; there was a paywall on USATF.TV. Most fans relied on social media. We wrote about Grant Holloway, who hurdled 7.27 for 60m hurdles, a new WR! Tia Jones equaled the 60m hurdle WR of 7.67, then scored 7.68 to win the final. Ellie St. Pierre won 3000m with a tricky last 400m in 8:54, by 9 seconds! Yared Nuguse battled Olin Hacker, with Yared taking the win in 7.55.

His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. Larry has published several magazines on athletics, from American Athletics to the U.S. version of Spikes magazine. He currently manages the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun.
