This is Monday, January 15, 2024.
This is your first workout of the week.
Today is a relaxed day.
Your workout:
Stay warm and safe, bundle up, wear good shoes for cold (good upper, studs on bottom of shoes),
run easy 45-55 minutes of running,
6 x 150-meter stride-outs,
cooldown slowly,
hydrate,
change into dry clothes,
consider how lucky you are to be alive,
Larry’s Deep Thoughts: Movement is good; consistency is key in dangerous weather, train inside or shelter. For example, if you want to run outside, a mile loop or half-mile loop is closer to getting in when the weather changes quickly. Just be careful and wear layers!
