Today is an easy day. Our philosophy is just this, hard days, easy days. Some hard days require two easy days, but we try to keep them at a minimum. Consistency is the rule. Building up mileage slowly, building up intensity slowly, and making achievable goals. Training days are not race days. Race days are Race days. Always save something for the last 300 meters.
Your workout today is Warm-up slowly, 45-55 minutes, easy running, cooldown.
