This is a hill day.
Your workout for today is warm-up, 30 minutes of easy running, 8 times a 250m hill, 250m jog down, and 15 minutes easy running, cooldown.
Hill running is our secret sauce. Run in hills at least 3 times a week and you will be in much better shape this fall!
