These are the wonderful memories you keep from the sport.
Your workout today is a warm-up slow, 50-minute run in a park or on trails with friends, a talking pace, then
cooldown and hydrate.
Bob Lucas and I began running today in the fall of 1974. We just enjoyed his 65th birthday. Those many miles we ran around Stevens Point Park in Mountain View, CA with Danny Grimes and Rob Ripplinger, among many are implanted in my brain. Great memories.
Make some memories.
