Thursdays are your hill workout day.
Today’s workout is, warm-up, then 60-minute fartlek workout, with three ten-minute drives up hills or a series of hills. In between the hill runs, catch your breath by moderate running, reaching a total running of an hour. Finish up with 6 x 150 meter stride outs, then, cooldown, stretch, and get out of your wet clothes.
