Your workout for today is a long warm-up, some stride outs, then race 5k cross country. Get out well, and start picking off athletes, one at a time, focus on the back of their shirts and go by with a strong move. When you begin to see the finish, push a bit, increase the pace every 100 meters or so, and give it a last 30 seconds really hard, see what you can do!
Get a good cool down in after a 30-minute moderate run.
